Jason Stephens is a True Battle Tested Trial Lawyer – The Difference Maker
Jason Stephens is an award-winning trial attorney with over two decades of experience and a long track record of success. He’s logged countless hours in the courtroom and has secured some of the largest verdicts in state and national history. In 2004, Jason won the 5th-largest jury verdict in Texas and the 47th-largest verdict in the United States.
Just a few years later in 2012, Jason Stephens secured the 8th-largest motor vehicle accident verdict awarded by a Texas jury. And in 2022, Jason obtained a $15.68 wrongful death verdict—the largest ever for a personal injury case in Grayson County, Texas, according to VerdictSearch.
Moreover, his legal achievements have resulted in the implementation of safety policies and changes to better protect our children and our communities. Indeed, in one case, as part of a highly confidential monetary settlement, he forced an international church to implement new procedures to protect children from sexual abuse throughout all of North America and established a college scholarship program to support students pursuing a career in child advocacy. True trial lawyers, like Jason Stephens, are Difference Makers.
At Stephens Law, every case is treated like it’s a million-dollar case—like it’s the most important case—and every case is meticulously prepared as if it is going to trial.
It’s that kind of preparation, attention, and dedication to excellence, along with Jason Stephens’ personal and intimate involvement in each and every case, that ensures that the other side and their insurance company will take your claim seriously and will fairly and fully compensate you. And if they don’t, Jason Stephens and his team have the experience and are well prepared and equipped to take your case all the way to trial.
The Lawyer You Hire Makes A Difference
Make no mistake, the lawyer you hire makes a difference. The insurance companies and their defense lawyers know who are the real trial lawyers. They know who are the “settlement mill” firms, they know the lawyers who have never tried or never won a case, they know the lawyers who like to huff and puff but then ultimately fold.
They also know the few lawyers, like Jason Stephens, who will truly hold their ground, who will stand up for their clients, who will dig and dig under every stone to develop their client’s case, who will demand top dollar compensation, and who will ultimately take the case to trial if that’s what is required to see justice done.
